In 1993, Dr. Briceno graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He went on to complete his oral surgery residency at the Puerto Rico Medical Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1999. Since obtaining his Florida dental license in 2001, Dr. Briceno has practiced oral surgery and implant dentistry in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Briceno is a member of several well-respected dental associations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Panamerican Dental Society. An active member of the community, Dr. Briceno is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the West Orange Chamber of Commerce.
